Who we are

Actualyza ("we", "us") provides AMY, an AI voice agent for businesses, along with website and automation services. Contact: contact@actualyza.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details you share during onboarding (industry, CRM, calendar, and phone configuration). If you start a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details. If you try the AMY live demo, the audio of that call is processed by our voice infrastructure provider to operate the conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and configure the service, respond to your requests, process billing, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Calls handled by AMY

When AMY answers or places calls on behalf of a client business, call data (transcripts, summaries, lead details) is processed to deliver the service to that business and is available to that business in its dashboard. For healthcare clients, we offer configurations designed to support HIPAA obligations; clients are responsible for their own compliance program, and a Business Associate Agreement is available on request.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — payment processing (Stripe), voice infrastructure, email delivery, hosting, and analytics — under their respective data protection terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@actualyza.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
